Every year on the 10th of October, World Mental Health Day is recognised. It is a chance to talk about mental health in general, how we need to look after it, and how important it is to talk about things and get help if you are struggling. Today we are highlighting Gloria’s story where she shares how her talent helps her to overcome depression.
